Reject or Revoke the Form

Reject or Revoke the Form
  1. The Project Manager and other management staff are able to stop the form submission using the button "Reject" and "Revoke".
  2. The Reject button uses for refuse submitted form if the content is not suitable or the condition not safe to doing work. The Reject is allowed for all next roles.
  3. The Revoke button uses for refuse form if the content is not suitable or the condition not safe to doing work, and only allowed for the Project Manager or other authorized staff.
 
  1. Login to CTMS
  1. In Workspace, Your to-do list form will appear, select the form you want to check.
  1. If the form was not correct, click on the  button then click Reject
  1. Reject Signature page will appear, fill the remark of rejecting and sign then click reject
 
Please note:
  • Reject / Revoke does not require a signature in the form. The signature is only on the reject signature page.
  • The signature and remark of rejecting will appear on the print-out form.
  • Reject or Revoke can also be done in the Daily Work menu or in the PTW Plan
