How to access Purchase Order?
To access Purchase Order home, use the following methods:
  • Click Purchase Order Search.
 
How to Automatic Generate PO?
 
1,Requisitions.
  • Give proposed purchase quantity by formula.
  • Generate PO based on the statistics items.
2,Automatic Generate PO.
  • click Generate PO.
Remark:
mini or average.
  • mini stands for min stock level
  • average stands for average usage inventory for three months.
preferred price or preferred supplier.
  • preferred price stands for inventory items between items setting as smallest.
  • preferred supplier stands for items set up default supplier.

 

Base on the selected distributor and vendor, propose packing will be different,
Example base on the preferred setting, minimum purchase with be 10 box and with bonus 3 box:
a) the propose quantity is 10, packing propose with be 10 pack and 3 bonus pack, which final will be 13 pack.
b) the propose quantity is 103, packing propose with be 80 pack and 24 bonus pack, which final will be 104 pack.
c) the propose quantity is 150, packing propose with be 120 pack and 36 bonus pack, which final will be 156 pack. 
 
 
How to manual create Purchase Order?​  
1.Click on Task at the button.
2.Click on Tasks>>New Purchase Order.
3.Select Distributor and key in remark ((optional)
4.Full in the necessary information.
5.Click Save to save the record.
6.If the purchase order already confirm before key in Vanda 11.4, users can click on confirm after save the purchase order.
How to edit the Purchase Order?
1.Click on Purchase Order.
2.Click on Tasks>>Edit Purchase Order.
3.To edit Purchase Order., do the following:
  •      Click on Edit.
  •      Make the necessary amendments.
  •      Click OK to commit or Cancel to revert changes.
4.Click Save to save the record.
How to confirm the Purchase Order?
1.Click on Purchase Order.
2.Click on Tasks>>Confirm Purchase Order.
3.To edit Purchase Order., do the following:
  •   Click on Edit.
  •   Make the necessary amendments.
  •   Click OK to commit or Cancel to revert changes.
4.Click Save to save the record.
 
 
How to create New Received Note?
1.Click on Good Received .
2.Click on Tasks>> New Good Received.
3.Using the Search capabilities embedded to the Receive Note, do the following:
  •    Select Received Date ( Select From and To ) OR
  •    Tick the Receive Note Status and select which status that user want to search OR
  •    Type in Receive Note No. and vendor.
4.Double click on the Receive Note that user want to confirm.
5.Click confirm button. ( NOTE: After confirm, users not able to change anything)

How to edit Receive Note?
1.Click on Good Received.
2.Click on Tasks>> Edit Good Received.
3.Using the Search capabilities embedded to the Receive Note, do the following:
  •   Select Received Date ( Select From and To ) OR
  •   Tick the Good Receive  Status and select which status that user want to search OR
  •   Type in Good Receive Note No. and vendor.
4.Double click on the Receive Note record that user want to edit.
5.User can edit the form.
 

How to create Distributor& Item Settings?
1.Click Distributor & Item Settings.
​2.Click Task>> Click New Distributor
& Item Settings.
2.Full in the
necessary information.
3.Click Save to save the record.

One distributor corresponds to multiple Vendors.
 
Item Setting:
1.Click Distributor & Item Settings.
​2.Click Task>> Click
Item >>Create New items.
2.Full in the necessary information.
3.Click Save to save the record.
Remark:set up default purchase setting for the packing and also bonus.
  • example as: a)Buy 10 box free 3 box (preferred).

And also set up as the preferred purchase(default) option in requisition.

How to edit Distributor& Item Settings?
1.Click Distributor & Item Settings.
2.Edit 
Distributor & Item Settings.
3.Make the necessary amendments.
4.Click Save to save the record.
