Following the steps on how to using the Non-Conformance module in CTMS :

1. Login to CTMS and go to Project > Non-Conformance Report module.
2. Click Add button.
3. Select the form and click Create button.
4. Fill in the question, when user fill in the Description of non-conformance from the drop-down the Admin Levy and Demerit Point System fields will automatically filled in.
5. After all of question filled in, click Submit button to save the form.
6. Click the All button to see the submitted form.
