Requisition is for transfer stock from a department to another department.
 
How to access Requisition?
To access Requisition home, use the following methods:
  • Click Inventory Task Panel on left. Click Requisition in Task Panel Command
 
 
How to create Requisition?
  1. Click on Requisition.
  2. Select which department that use need to request.
  3. Fill in the remarks if any.
  4. Select items and fill in requested quantity and remark if any.
  5. Click Save to save the record.
  6. Click confirm if nothing to change.
 
How to edit Requisition?
  1. Click on Requisition Search.
  2. Using the Search capabilities embedded to the Purchase Order, do the following:
    • Select Requisition Date ( Select From and To ) OR
    • Tick the Requisition Status and select which status that user want to search OR
    • Type in Requisition No.
  3. Double click on the purchase record that user want to edit.
  4. User can edit the form.
 
How to confirm the Requisition?
  1. Click on Requisition Search.
  2. Using the Search capabilities embedded to the Purchase Order, do the following:
    • Select Requisition Date ( Select From and To ) OR
    • Tick the Requisition Status and select which status that user want to search OR
    • Type in Requisition No.
  3. Double click on the purchase order that user want to confirm.
  4. Click confirm button. ( NOTE: After confirm, users not able to change anything)
