  • Enter User Name and Password

Search User Management
To search a user Management, input a search string [User Name, Full Name] and click on    
 
   
 
Add User Management
 
 
 
  • To add User Management Click on 
  • Complete Form User Registration , enter the User Management Personal information [First Name,Last Name, Email] and Account Set Up [User Name, Designation, Password, Retype Password]
  • When done, users have the option to click on Add User Management  to commit Create Account or Cancel to revert changes
Edit User Management
 
 
 
  • To edit an existing User Management, click on 
  • Modify User Management Profile
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
 
Reset Password 
 
 
  • To reset the password of a user, click on  
  • Administrative Users are able to change the password of non-administrative users, They will be required to enter the new password and retyping it for verifying purposes. This is useful if the user has forgotten their password to log in.
  • When done, users have the option to click on Reset Password to commit changes or Cancel to revert changes
User Settings
 
 
 
  • The User Setting of a user click on 
  • Select the Role , Registered User, Administrator, Staff or Management
  • Tick Lock this user if you want  or no if you don’t want 
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update to commit changes or Cancel to revert changes
On Leave Users
 
  • Users who on leave, please fill out the on leave form, click on   
  • Complete the on leave form, full name, User Name, Leave From and until and Remark
  • Click Submit to commit changes or Cancel to revert changes
On Leave user Management
 
 
  • To know User Management on Leave Click on  
  • To Search User Management On Leave click on 
  • To add user management that will leave click on 
 
Delete Users
 
 
 
  • To Delete User Management click on 
  • The system will prompt for confirmation to remove/delete the selected user
  • Click to Ok to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes

Project Profile
 
 
  • In Project Profile users complete Company logo, Project Code, Project Name and Project Description.
  • When done , users have option to click on Save to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Contact
 
 
  • In Contact, complete the contact data (Client, Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, , with the name and e-mail address)
  • When done , users have option to click on Save to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
 
Contract
 
  • In the Contract, users can complete forms (Period, Contract Commencement Date, Contract Completion Date, Extended Contract, Completion Date, Contract Sum, Time Line, Liquidates Damages )
  • When done , users have option to click on Save to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Manage Project Users
 
 
  • To Manage Project User Click on 
  • Entering User
  • Select Role
  • Click Assign
  • To search Assign user ,search filter by name assign user click on 
  • To delete Assign User click on  
Manage Project Sub Contractors
 
 
 
  • To Manage Project Sub-Contractors Click on  
  • Users able Manage Project Sub-Contractors Search Filter by name, Add Sub-Contractor, Modify/Edit Sub-Contractor,manage and Remove Sub-Contractor

  • Entering Sub Contractor Data
  • Select Trade ( Pilling, Structure Work, Architecture Work, MEP Work, or Other)
  • Select to assign location/work area sub contractors
  • When done, users have the option to click on Assign  to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes.
Update Sub Contractor
 
 
  • To Update  Project information click on   
  • Select Trade ( Pilling, Structure Work, Architecture Work, MEP Work, or Other)
  • Select to assign location/work area sub contractors
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update  to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes

Manage Project/ Manage Project Sub Contractors

  • To Manage Project/Manage Project sub Contractor Click on 
Search Manage Project
 
  • To Search Manage Project/Manage Project Sub Contractor Click on  
Add Manage Project
 
  
  • To Add Manage Project /Manage Project Sub Contractor Click on 
  • Complete Form (PTW Name, Code, Description, Group Title, Group Remark, Question Column …etc)
  • Click on Add Question if users want add Question
  • Click on Remove if users want to remove Question
  • Click on New Group to add Group
  • When done click on Save Form to commit change or Click on click on Cancel to revert changes
Copy e-Form Template
 
  • To Copy e-Form Template Click on 
  • When done Click on Copy to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
 
Remove Sub Contractor
 
 
 
  • To Remove Sub Contractor click on   
  • The system will prompt for confirmation to remove/delete the selected user
  • When done users have the option to Click on Ok to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Edit/Modify Project Information
  • To Edit Project information click on  
  • User are able to modify the Existing Project Profile Information, Contact and Contract
Project Profile
 
 
 
  • In Project Profile users can modify Photo, Project Code, Project name and Project description.
  • When done , users have option to click on Update to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Contact
 
  • In Contact, users can modify the contact data (Client, Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Engineer, , with the name and e-mail address)
  • When done , users have option to click on Update to commit changes or click on  Cancel to revert changes.
Contract
 
 
  • in the contract, users can modify forms (Period, Contract Commencement Date, Contract Completion Date, Extended Contract Completion Date, Contract Sum, Time Line, Liquidates Damages )
  • When done , users have option to click on Update to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes

Edit/Modify Worker Management
 
To Edit Worker Profile click on 
 
General Profile
 
 
  • To Edit General Profile click on General 
  • Users can modify General Worker Profile (Passport/FIN No, First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile, Gender, Birth Date, Address, Location of Stay)
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update Info  to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes

  • To Edit Personal  Profile click on Personal 
  • Users can modify Worker Personal Profile (Photo, Data Insurance (insurance bond No, Next of Kin, Next of Kin Contact)
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update Info  to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Qualification & Certification
 
 
 
  • To Modify Qualification & Certification Click on Qualification & Certification 
  • User can modify  Qualification & Certification (Certification & Qualification,Designation, Agent, Join Date, Work Permit Expiry Date, SOC Expiry Date)
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update Info  to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Project & Assignment
 
 
  • To modify Project & Assigment click on Project & Assignment 
  • User can modify Project Assignment
  • When done, users have the option to click on Update Info to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Delete Worker
 
 
 
  • To Delete Worker click on  
  • The system will prompt for confirmation to remove/delete the selected user
  • When done user have the option to Click on Ok to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Assign to Project
 
 
 
  • To Assign to Project  Click on  
  • The system will prompt for confirmation to Assigned the selected Project
  • Click to Assign to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes
Release Worker
 
 
 
  • To Release worker click on 
  • When done, users have the option to click on Ok to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes

  • Once PTW-Form page has loaded up, Update PTW-Form (PTW Name, Code, Description,Group Title,Group Remark, Question Column, Role, Signatory Title , Add Question, etc] and Click New Group if you want to add group and click Remove if  you want to remove group)
  • When done, users have the option to click on Save Form  to commit changes or click on Cancel to revert changes.

  • To Import PTW Form from System Click on  
  • Select PTW Form that will be imported from system

  • Your Notifications settings can be found on Dashboard Page,
  • Clicking on Notifications will trigger a pop-up; listing the most recent updates done on the platform.
  • In Notification Users are able to filter the view by using the drop-down menu

  • Select the report to be printed

  • To Rotate the displayed data clockwise click on
