How to do follow up in Clinic Data?

To access Clinic Data, use the following methods:
  • Click Patient Task Panel. Click Clinic Data in Task Pane Command
 
 
  • Click Patient Management on Menu bar. Select Clinical Data >> Clinical Data Management Home
 
 
  • Right-click patient queue editor,  select Clinical Data >> Clinic Data Management Home
 
 
How to use Clinical Data in Clinic Data?
 
 
  • Go to Clinical Data Entry tab
  • Vanda provides 4 different Data Items, ‘Subject’, ‘Objective’, ‘Assessment’ and 'Planning'
  • Click on the New button to create new data information into the master list
  • Click on the Save button to save the information entered or Click on Cancel to exit
  • Click on Browse and select an image file to add it to the background
  • Click on the pencil icon to draw on the space
  • Click on the pencil with "no entry" icon to erase drawn content on the space
  • Click on the color picker icon to choose a color
  • You can set the size of the pencil tip
  • Click on the image with "no entry" icon to remove all drawn content
  • Enter text in the Description fields or click Template to add a template
  • With a clinical data entry selected, right-click on it and click Print Clinical Data Report to print the entry
  • Under Assessment:
    • Select a Section from the drop-down list
    • Select Sub Section from the drop-down list
    • Select Details from the drop-down list
    • You can Search ICD by typing in the respective text field and bringing up search suggestions
 
 
How to use In-Patient Management in Clinic Data?
 
  • To use the In-Patient Management, Patient has to be admitted via the Complex Medical Centre menu
 
 
 
•    Click on Tasks, choose Add Admission to add patient
 
 
•    Input the details and Save
•    Click on Close button to exit
 
 
  • Click on New button to add information for the patient
    • Select 1 of the following;
      1. Diagnosis
      2. Investigation
      3. Management
      4. Discharge Date Remark
  • Input the information required, remarks can be added to the selection by typing in the textbox above the save button.
 
 
How to use Referral in Clinic Data?
 
•    Go to Referral tab
 
 
  • To create a new record, click on New button
    • Select the referral Doctor from the dropdown list
    • To select (if required) the Diagnosis and/or Medication of the Patient, click on the checkbox provided
    • Input the Treatment Issues or Concerns to Note (if required)
    • To save click on the Save button or click on Cancel button to cancel
 
 
How to use Digital Files in Clinic Data?
 
 
  • Click New to create a new digital file
  • Click Edit to edit the selected digital file
  • Click Delete to delete the selected digital file
  • Click Print to print the selected digital file
  • Select a Digital Image from the drop-down list
  • Click the green [+] icon to add the Digital Image to the list
  • Select the Date from the drop-down calendar
  • Select the Therapist from the drop-down list
  • Tick Append Date to show the Date next to the Digital Images
  • Click Image to add images
 

Note: All the saved information cannot be deleted. It can only be voided.
