How to use Invoice?
 
 
  • Go to Billing and Payment >> Invoice Home or Patient & Billing Management >> Invoices or click Invoice above the Patient Queue
  • Select Self Paid or Bill Company from the radio buttons
  • Select the Date from the drop-down calendar
  • Select the Doctor from the drop-down list
  • Select a Payment Due Date by ticking the respective check-box and selecting a date from the drop-down calendar
 
 
How to search outstanding invoice for selected patient
 
  • To search for outstanding invoices, do one of the following:
    • Click Task   and select Search Outstanding Invoices for this Patient
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor and select Search Outstanding Invoices for this patient
    • On the menu bar, click Billing and Payment >> Invoices >> Search Outstanding Invoices for this Patient
  • To Bill using the outstanding invoice, simply:
    • Select outstanding invoice
    • Click Select
    • Else, click on Create New to create new invoice
 
 
 
 
How to search previous invoice for selected patient
 
  • To search for previous invoices, do one of the following:
    • Click Task   and select Search Previous Invoices for this Patient
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor and select Search Previous Invoices for this patient
    • On the menu bar, click Billing and Payment >> Invoices >> Search Previous Invoices for this Patient
  • Select Date Range and click on Search Button
  • To open a previous invoice, select the invoice and hit OK
  • Click Cancel to exit from the editor
 
 
 
 
How to print consent forms for invoice
 
  • To print consent forms for invoice, do one of the following:
    • Go to Tasks >> Consent >> click one of the options
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor >> Consent >> click one of the options
 
 
How to update invoice
 
  • To update invoice, do one of the following:
    • Click Task   and select Update Invoice
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor and select Update Invoice
    • On the menu bar, click Billing and Payment >> Invoices >> Update Invoice
    • Press Hotkey F6
 
 
How to edit service items in invoice
 
  • To edit service items, do the following:
    • Select the service item to edit and click on Details
    • To cancel, Click Cancel
 
 
How to print invoice
 
  • To print invoice, do one of the following:
    • Click Task   and select Print Invoice
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor and select Print Invoice
    • On the menu bar, click Billing and Payment >> Invoices >> Print Invoice
    • Click on the Print button on the menu bar of Report Preview to proceed with printing. Else, you can export it as Microsoft Word DocumentExcel Spreadsheet file or PDF
 
 
How to print invoice (Itemized)
 
  • To print invoice (itemized), do one of the following:
    • Click Task   and select Print Invoice (Itemized)
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor and select Print Invoice (Itemized)
    • On the menu bar, click Billing and Payment >> Invoices >> Print Invoice (Itemized)
    • Click on the Print button on the menu bar of Report Preview to proceed with printing. Else, you can export it as Microsoft Word Document,Excel Spreadsheet file or PDF
 
 
How to print invoice costing report
 
  • To print invoice costing report, do one of the following:
    • Go to Tasks >> Print Invoice Costing Report
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor >> Print Invoice Costing Report
 
 
How to proceed to payment when done with Invoice?
 
  • To proceed to payment, do the following:
    • Click on Free of Charge if there's no payment needed from patient
    • Else, fill in the Discount Price (if any)
    • Tax is predefined in Master Data
    • Input any remarks (if any) under Memo/Remarks
    • Next, click Task   and select Add Payment
    • or right-click on the Invoice editor and select Add Payment
    • or Press Hotkey F8
    • Click on OK to continue or Cancel to exit
 
 
How to apply credit note
 
  • To apply credit note, do one of the following:
    • Go to Tasks >> Apply Credit Note
    • Right-click on the Invoice editor >> Apply Credit Note
