How to access Radiology Request?

• To access Radiology request, click Radiology >> Radiology Request.

• Or from the Radiology menu >> Radiology Request Home

• This is the overview of Radiology Request Home. *Note: User also need to select a patient from the patient queue in order to start*

How to Add Radiology Request?

• To add a Radiology Request, do the following:
  • Right click and select Add Radiology Request

• Or click Task and select Add Radiology Request

• Or from Radiology menu >> select Add Radiology Request

• Upon clicking, Radiology Request Editor pops out. The Patient name will be the name of the patient that user has select from the patient queue.
• Key in all necessary information i.e. (Set the Requested Date, select doctors under Requested By drop menu and select the required checkbox (Wet Flim Only, Report), Select type of Examination Request required, Other examination, Significant Clinical Findings).
• Click Save to save all the information or click Cancel to undo all the information and start anew.
• Click New to add in another Radiology Request or click Close to close the radiology Request Editor.
• User can click More >> Print Radiology Request Form to print the form

• User can navigate through the forward and backward button located at the top left corner of the editor.

How to View Radiology Request?

• To view Radiology Request, user can do the following: *Note: User can only read but cannot edit the request*
  • Select the specific Radiology Request, right click and select View Radiology Request

• Or click Task and select View Radiology Request

• Or from Radiology menu >> View Radiology Request

How to Void Radiology Request?

• To void Radiology Request, do the following:
  • Select the specific Radiology Request, right click and select Void Radiology Request

• Or click Task and select Void Radiology Request

• Or from Radiology menu >> Void Radiology Request

• State reason for void and click Ok to proceed or click Cancel to abort voiding

How to Print Radiology Request?

• To print Radiology Request, do the following:
  • Select the specific radiology request, right click and select Print Radiology Request Form

• Or click Task and select Print Radiology Request Form

• Or from Radiology Menu >> Print Radiology Request Form
