How to do follow up in Clinic Data?

To access Clinic Data, use the following methods:

  • Click Patient Task Panel. Click Clinic Data in Task Panel Command
  • User will be at Clinical Data Entry by default.




 

  • To create a new entry, click New.
  • To edit the image (highlighted in yellow), double click on the image and a new window will emerge where user can edit the image.
  • Save the new image by clicking on .
  • Fill in all the information under the Subjective, Objective and Assessment header.
  • Click Save to save.
  • To delete the data recorded, select the archived data and click on Void.
  • By clicking on Prescribe, user will be directed to Prescription (refer to 2.12).
  • By clicking on Lab, user will be directed to Lab Tests (refer to 5.5).
  • To read readings, click Readings

  • To add a reading, click Add.

  • Fill in all the necessary fields - (Systolic, Diastolic, Respiratory rate, Temperature, SPO2, LMP, Weight, Height, BSA, BMI, Heart Beat, and Hypo Count).
  • Click OK.
  • To edit a reading, click on the reading. Then, click Edit.
  • After doing the editing, click OK.
  • To activate/deactivate a reading, click on the reading. Then, click Activate/Deactivate.
  • To view a report, click Reports. Select type of report and it will show up in another screen.

In-Patient Management

  • Click Patient Management >> Clinic Data >> In Patient Management

 

  • To add a new data, click New.
  • Fill in the necessary information under Diagnosis, Investigation, Management, and Discharge Date Remark.
  • Click Save to save.
  • By clicking on Reading, user will be directed to Personal Reading
  • By clicking on Prescribe, user will be directed to Prescription (refer to 2.12).
  • By clicking on Lab, user will be directed to Lab Tests (refer to 5.5).

Referral

  • Click Patient Management >> Clinic Data >> Referral

 

  • To add a new data, click New.
  • Check the boxes if user wants to Include Diagnosis or Include Medication.
  • Key in Treatment Issues or Concerns to Note if any.
  • Click Save to save or Cancel to cancel.
  • To void a data click on it. Then, click Void.
  • Click Print to print.
