How to add, edit deactivate/activate Venue?

  • Click File menu >> Master Data >> Venue.



 
  • To add a venue, click Add button.
  • Key in the information in Venue Editor (Venue Code and Venue Name).
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

  • If you want to Edit Venue, do the following:
    • Select the Venue Code to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a Venue by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the Venue Code name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Venue message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from to , it means it has been activated.

 

  • To deactivate it, select on the Venue Code
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Venue message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

  • The Status column icon will show from  to   , it means it has been deactivated.

 

 

  • To exit from Venue message box, Click on  button or  button at the top right hand corner.
