How to add, edit, and deactivate/activate Vaccines?

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Vaccine




  • To add a vaccine, click Add button.
  • Key in the information in Vaccine Editor (Vaccine Code and Vaccine Name).
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

  • If you want to Edit Vaccine, do the following:
    • Select the Vaccine Code to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a Vaccine by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the Vaccine Code name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Vaccine message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.
  • The Status column icon will show from to , it means it has been activated.

 

  • To deactivate it, select on the Vaccine Code
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Vaccine message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 
  • The Status column icon will show from  to   , it means it has been deactivated.

 

  • To exit from Vaccine message box, Click on  button or  button at the top right hand corner.
