5. HIS - Health Information Systems > Administrative Module > Master Data

How to add, edit, and delete Inventory Information? 

Inventory Location
*Inventory Locations listed here will be reflected on Inventory Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Inventory Information
  • It will show Inventory Location tab by default




  • Click on +New... to add a new location
  • Key in the information in the location name in the field provided (Value and Description)
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

  • If you want to Edit Inventory Location, do the following:
    • Select the Location ID to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • If you want to Delete Inventory Location, do the following:
    • Select the Location to delete
    • Click Delete Button
    • Click Yes to delete. Or click No or Cancel when decide to cancel the deleting
 
  • To exit from Inventory Locations message box, Click on  button or button at the top right hand corner.

Adjustment Reasons
*Adjustment Reasons listed here will be reflected under Inventory Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Inventory Information
  • Select Adjustment Reasons from the drop-down menu

  • Click on +New... to add a new adjustment reason
  • Key in the information in the Adjustment Reason provided (Value and Description)
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Adjustment Reason, do the following:
    • Select the Adjustment Reason name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • If you want to Delete Adjustment Reason, do the following:
    • Select the Adjustment Reason to delete
    • Click Delete Button
    • Click Yes to delete. Or click No or Cancel when decide to cancel the deleting
 
  • To exit from Adjustment Reason message box, Click on  button or button at the top right hand corner.


Alert Stock Low by Email
*Alerts listed here will be reflected under Inventory Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Inventory Information
  • Select Alert Stock Low by Email from the drop-down menu.

 

  • Click on +New... to add a new Alert Stock Low by Email 
  • Key in the information in the Alert Stock Low by Email in the field provided (Value and Description)
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Alert Stock Low by Email do the following:
    • Select the Alert Stock Low by Email name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • If you want to Delete Alert Stock Low by Email, do the following:
    • Select the Alert Stock Low by Email to delete
    • Click Delete Button
    • Click Yes to delete. Or click No or Cancel when decide to cancel the deleting

 

  • To exit from Alert Stock Low by Email message box, Click on  button or button at the top right hand corner.

 

 

Alert Stock Low by SMS
*Alerts listed here will be reflected under Inventory Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Inventory Information
  • Select Alert Stock Low by SMS from the drop-down menu.

 

  • Click on +New... to add a new Alert Stock Low by SMS 
  • Key in the information in the Alert Stock Low by SMS in the field provided (Value and Description)
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Alert Stock Low by SMS do the following:
    • Select the Alert Stock Low by SMS name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • If you want to Delete Alert Stock Low by SMS, do the following:
    • Select the Alert Stock Low by SMS to delete
    • Click Delete Button
    • Click Yes to delete. Or click No or Cancel when decide to cancel the deleting.

  • To exit from Alert Stock Low by SMS message box, Click on  button or button at the top right hand corner.

 

Vendors
* Vendors listed here will be reflected under Information Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Inventory Information
  • Select Vendors from the drop-down menu

 

  • Click on +New... to add a new Vendors 
  • Key in the information in the Vendors in the field provided (Vendor Name, Sales Rep, Mobile, Phone, Email, Fax, Website, Address 1, Address 2, Postal and Country)
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

 

  • To Print Vendor Label, users have to click More; it is a drop-down menu.

  • If you want to Edit Vendors do the following:
    • Select the Vendors name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • If you want to Delete Vendors, do the following:
    • Select the Vendors to delete
    • Click Delete Button
    • Click Yes to delete. Or click No or Cancel when decide to cancel the deleting

 

  • To exit from Vendors message box, Click on  button or button at the top right hand corner.
