How to add, edit, and deactivate/activate Lab Group?
*Lab Groups listed here can be used for Laboratory module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Lab Group

 




 
  • To add a group, click Add button.
  • Key in the information in Lab Group Entry editor (Lab Group Code and Description).
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Lab Group, do the following:
    • Select the Group Code name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

 

  • User is able to search and view Group Code by clicking on .

 

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a Lab Group by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the default value name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Lab Test Group message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from to , it means it has been activated.

  • To deactivate it, select on the default value
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Lab Test Group message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from  to , it means it has been deactivated.

 

  • To exit from Laboratory Group message box, Click on  button or button at the top right hand corner.
