Service and Dosage Library

5. HIS - Health Information Systems > Administrative Module > Master Data
Service Items
*Service items listed here will be reflected on billing Module*

 

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Service and Dosage Library
  • It will show Service Item tab by default

 

 

  • Click on +New... to add a new service item
  • Key in the information in Service Item editor (Service Item ID, Description, Unit Price, and Doctor Salary).
    • NOTE: For the Doctor Salary, please indicate if it contributes to Doctor's salary by selecting the check-box otherwise Uncheck.
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving.

 

  • If you want to Edit Service Item, do the following:
    • Select the Service ID to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

 

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a Service Item by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the Service ID  
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Common Default Value message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from to , it means it has been activated.

  • To deactivate it, select on the Service ID
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Common Default Value message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.
 
  • The Status column icon will show from  to , it means it has been deactivated.
  • To exit from Common Values Lookup message box, Click on  button or  button at the top right hand corner.
 

Default Dosages
*Default Dosages listed here will be reflected under dispensary Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Service and Dosage Library
  • Select Default Dosage from the drop-down menu.

 

 

  • Click on +New... to add a new default dosage
  • Key in the information in Drug Default Value editor (Value, and Description).
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Default Value, do the following:
    • Select the Default Value Name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

 

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a default dosages by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the default value name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Common Default Value message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from  to , it means it has been activated.
  • To deactivate it, select on the Default Value
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Common Default Value message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from  to , it means it has been deactivated.
  • To exit from Common Values Lookup message box, Click on  button or  button at the top right hand corner.


 

Dosage Form
*Dosage Form listed here will be reflected under Dispensary/Inventory Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Service and Dosage Library
  • Select Default Dosage from the drop-down menu

 



 

  • Click on +New... to add a new dosage form
  • Key in the information in Drug Default Value editor (Value, and Description).
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Default Value, do the following:
    • Select the Default Value Name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

 

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a dosages form by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the default value name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Common Default Value message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

Dosage Measure
*Dosage Measure listed here will be reflected under Dispensary/Inventory Module*

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Service and Dosage Library
  • Select Dosage Measure from the drop-down menu

 



  • Click on +New... to add a new dosage measure
  • Key in the information in Drug Default Value editor (Value, and Description).
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

 

  • If you want to Edit Default Value, do the following:
    • Select the Default Value Name to edit
    • Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

 

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a dosage measure by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the default value name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Common Default Value message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.
