How to add, edit, and deactivate/activate Patient Visit Purposes?

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Patient Visit Purposes.

  • Click Add button to add visit purpose
  • Key in the information in Patient Visit Purpose editor (Code, Visit Purpose, Link to queue status, Medical Reason). Take Note: When keying the information in, please check because once the information has been saved. User is unable to delete, can be edit only.
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving

  • If you want to Edit visit purpose, do the following:
    • Select the Patient Visit Purpose to edit
    • Do one of the following: Click the Patient Visit Purpose, Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.

  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a Patient Visit Purpose by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the Patient Visit Purpose
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Visiting Purpose message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

  • The Status column icon will show from to , it means it has been activated.

  • To deactivate it, select on the Patient Visit Purpose
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Visiting Purpose message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

  • The Status column icon will show from  to   , it means it has been deactivated

  • To exit from Patient Visit Purpose message box, Click on  button or  button at the top right hand corner.
