How to add, edit, and deactivate/activate Doctors?
 

  • Click File Menu >> Master Data >> Doctors

 

 

  • When user in Clinic Doctors, there’s a drop-down menu to view clinic doctors or referal doctors 
  • Search to view Clinic Doctors by clicking on .
  • Click Add button to add Doctors.
  • Key in the information in Clinic Doctor Editor (Doctor Name, Title, Birth Date, Gender, Email, Phone and Institution). Take Note: When keying the information in, please check because once the information has been saved. User is unable to delete, can be edit only.
  • Click OK to save or Click Cancel to cancel saving.
  • If you want to Edit Doctor information, do the following:
    • Select the Doctor Name to edit
    • Do one of the following: Click the Doctor Name, Click Edit button
    • Click OK to save changes, or Cancel button to cancel changes.
  • By Clicking Activate or Deactivate a Doctor by clicking on it which is highlighted in blue to click Activate/Deactivate.
    • To activate it, select on the Doctor’s name
    • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Activate Doctor message box
    • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

  • The Status column icon will show from  to      , it means it has been activated.

 

  • To deactivate it, select on the Doctor’s name
  • Click on  button, it will prompt you a Deactivate Doctor message box
  • Click OK to save changes and Cancel to unsaved changes.

 

  • The Status column icon will show from  to   , it means it has been deactivated.

 

 

  • To exit from Clinic Doctors message box, Click on  button or  button at the top right hand corner.
