Mr Yap hasn’t had any problems with Vanda till recently when he called Magicsoft Asia Technical support for assistance because the Printers in his PC appeared as offline.

Tech Support: There are lots of possibilities that could result in the above problem. It could be hardware problem, software driver problem or even a system problem as well. If you are sure that none of the above mentioned is the caused, there is 1 alternative you could try.

Go to Start and type in Services. Click on View local services and locate Print Spooler

Ensure that the Print Spooler is set to Automatic and is started. Else, right-click on the Print Spooler and Click on Restart. Once restarted, navigate to Device and Printers to see if the printer is online.

Again, this action will not necessarily solve your issues. Kindly contact the respective brand’s support to seek assistance.
