Scenario 3: New to Vanda and facing problems. Help!

Ms Wong’s clinic has recently purchased Vanda. While the rest of the PCs are able to run Vanda normally, Ms Wong’s PC is having issues with her display output for Vanda. She called in Magicsoft Asia’s Technical support team to assist her with her issue.
 
Tech Support: This bizarre looking Vanda display is not actually a system bug. That is why we emphasize on having optimal resolution when running Vanda. This is because, Vanda GUI is done for the optimized resolutions. If your system is already running an optimized resolution, look at your Display Settings.
 
 
Go to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display and ensure that it is set at smaller – 100% (Default).
