Mr Koh has been running Vanda in his clinic for the past year with no issues. Every day, he did his daily routine of turning on the PC and run Vanda. However, he found out he isn't able to log into Vanda. Thinking that something is amiss, he called Magicsoft Asia’s technical support for assistance.

Tech Support: This is somehow related to the issue above. A possibility as to how this happened because the SQL service hasn’t run. Thus, to solve this, just close Vanda and give it another 1-2 minutes and run it again.

Alternatively, you may want to check on local services to ensure the SQL service is running. To do so, type in services in the search as per image below. Click on View local services.

Look out for SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) or SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) ensure that it is Started.

Also check on the IIS to ensure that the IIS have started. Run Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. Navigate to Sites > Default Web Site. Ensure that it is started.
