Ms Tan spent more than $500 at my clinic but she is not reflected as a member in our system?
 
This is because current business logic is that user has to spent more than $500 on service only to be qualify as a member.
 
Vanda will check all payments on service within this day. Such as one patient spend $600, but she can spend $200 on service, $400 on products. So according to this logic, she will not become a member.
